Supplier Order Email (PREMIUM)

Send automatic emails to suppliers so that they send the products of the order directly to the final customer.
Email is sent when WooCommerce order goes to status “Processing”.

Unlimited suppliers.

The plugin creates a new taxonomy (Suppliers) and a new selection box on each product.

Email subject and intro text can be customized to send automated order emails.

General Options:

• If the store admin wants receive a copy of the order emails sent to suppliers.
• if desired use the billing address when there is no shipping address.
• The headers color of the email.
• Show the shop logo instead of header text.
• Submit PDF file attached.
• Email to receive copies of order emails.
• Sender's email that will appear in the fields “From” and “Reply-To”.

• Order number.
• Price of the ordered products.
• Short description of the products of the order.
• Total price of the order for each supplier.
• EAN code (if the plugin has been installed: «EAN for WooCommerce» by WP Factory).
• Customer email.

• Product custom fields and product variations.
• Custom meta fields in products via comma separated custom list.
• Product attributes.
• Cost price per product and the total cost (if the SkyVerge “Cost of Goods” plugin has been installed).

Custom labels to use in the subject and introductory text of emails:

• Order number.
• Order date.
• Supplier name
• Custom text for each supplier.

• Can be selected whether to hide all buyer data in emails.
• Manual send button of emails to suppliers in WooCommerce/orders (need to activate “actions” in the drop-down menu of “Display options” up to the right).
