Our ordering process is carried out by our online dealer Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all of our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

2.- Refund policy
The purchase of subscription to our plugins, has a trial period 30 days. The buyer can test the application during 30 free days. If you cancel the subscription before, you will not pay anything. This seems like a good way for you to know if the plugin works for you.
When the trial period ends and if the buyer has not canceled, subscription price is charged annual or monthly according to the payment method you have chosen. If the subscription is canceled after the end of the trial period, the subscription amount will no longer be refunded. In this case, the buyer will be able to use the application during the period that they have already paid for but it will not be automatically renewed at the end or charged to the following year/month.
At all times, you can access your subscription to modify or cancel it through the Paddle.com platform. You can also request its modification or cancellation by sending an email to soporte@mci-desarrollo.es and we will do it.
