Some of our customers purchased a special variant of the plugin at a single price without subscription or time limitation. That was an initial variant that we have turned into a much more powerful tool in the current version. In order to continue offering new updates with more features and technical support, we have made a significant change that affects those customers.
As of April 2023, customers who purchased this special version of the plugin but do not have an active subscription, will still be able to yse all the Premium features but only up to version 2.4.5.
Users using the version 3.0.0 or higher must have an active annual subscription to use Premium features.
Nevertheless, we have designed three options so that our former customers can continue to use our plugin in the way that works best for them:
- Activate an annual subscription here to access all premium features, paid updates and technical support 29€/year (3 domains) o 39€/año (unlimited domains).
- Continue using the plugin until version 2.4.5 without support. For it, should send us an email at soporte@mci-desarrollo.es indicating in the subject “old premium” and the name of the domain where they use the plugin. We will activate it so that they can continue to use it in that domain until the version 2.4.5 with all Premium features, but without technical support or new updates. Any upgrade to a higher version would disable the Premium options.
- Use the free version latest version of the plugin with basic functionality.
This new change allows us to continue giving continuity and quality to the plugin “Supplier Order Email” with the minimum price for users. We hope these options are helpful to our users and allow them to continue using our plugin. facilitating the operation in the orders of their stores.
